Stelt gebruikers in staat om de verkeersstroom aan te passen met veelzijdige trajectmodi, variërend van Autonomous Guided Vehicle (AGV), maar dan zonder de dure infrastructuur, tot beperkte omleidingskaders, tot de zuivere flexibiliteit van een traditionele AMR. Ons mobiele OEM-platform is beschikbaar voor ontwikkelaars voor toepassingen en draagkracht op maat. Het is voorzien van onze eigen zelf-navigerende software, die ideaal is voor gebruik in drukke omgevingen, nauwe gangen en toepassingen waarbij een compact geautomatiseerd voertuig een voordeel is. Onze OEM-partners en draagkrachtontwikkelaars hebben toegang tot een betrouwbaar aandrijfsysteem, on-board voeding, geautomatiseerd zelf opladen en I/O voor integratie van draagkrachthardware in het mobiele platform.
Ons mobiele OEM-platform is beschikbaar in twee configuraties, beide met een looptijd van maximaal 19 uur per dag:
- LD60 kan maximaal 60 kg vervoeren (max. snelheid 1,8 m/s)
- LD90 kan maximaal 90 kg vervoeren (max. snelheid 1,35)
Wagentransportrobot
Onze transportrobot is ontworpen voor bevestiging aan beweegbare wagens en transporteert ze van een afhaallocatie naar een leveringslocatie. Toepassingen zijn onder andere lijnbevoorrading, doorrolstellingen verplaatsen, WIP-transporten tussen processtappen en eindproducten naar het magazijn verplaatsen. Onze transportrobot maakt gebruik van navigatie met natuurlijke kenmerken door autonoom een pad te vinden door de faciliteit zonder de noodzaak voor eventuele aanpassingen aan de faciliteit. Bovendien kan de robot veilig gebruikt worden in bestaande gangpaden omdat hij op zijn pad mensen, vorkheftrucks en andere objecten kan detecteren en vermijden.
Onze transportrobot is verkrijgbaar in twee uitvoeringen:
- LD-105CT met een draagkracht van 105 kg (max. snelheid 1,35 m/s)
- LD-130CT met een draagkracht van 130 kg (max. snelheid 0,9 m/s)

Made-to-order production with an advanced fleet of mobile robots at VOLA
VOLA, a Danish manufacturer of luxury sanitary and kitchen fittings, has opened a new factory that incorporates a fleet of nine LD mobile robots from Omron. The new robot fleet works side-by-side with people, and is controlled by an advanced fleet management system. These have replaced roller conveyors, leading to a more flexible production and logistics set-up that matches the company’s single-piece production process, in which everything is produced to order.

Made-to-order production with an advanced fleet of mobile robots at VOLA
VOLA, a Danish manufacturer of luxury sanitary and kitchen fittings, has opened a new factory that incorporates a fleet of nine LD mobile robots from Omron. The new robot fleet works side-by-side with people, and is controlled by an advanced fleet management system. These have replaced roller conveyors, leading to a more flexible production and logistics set-up that matches the company’s single-piece production process, in which everything is produced to order.
