E5_D is de volgende generatie regelaars voor een optimale en automatische temperatuurregeling zonder menselijke tussenkomst. Sterker nog: alle typische afstelwerkzaamheden die voorheen door experts werden uitgevoerd, zijn nu geautomatiseerd met behulp van kunstmatige intelligentie (AI).

  • Adaptieve regeling voor zelfoptimalisatie van regelinstellingen door proceswijzigingen
  • Gespecialiseerde functie voor beter afdichten (verpakkingsindustrie) en voor watergekoelde extruders (kunststofindustrie)
  • Uittrekbare structuur voor eenvoudiger onderhoud
  • Dezelfde basisspecificatie van E5_C-serie

Adaptief besturingsalgoritme

Bij gebruik van standaard temperatuurregelaars heeft u niet alleen veel tijd nodig om de initiële PID-instellingen voor het opstarten te definiëren, maar moet u ook zeer deskundig zijn om de instellingen optimaal aan te kunnen passen. Daarom heeft Omron de E5_D-serie met 'adaptieve besturingstechnologie' ontwikkeld. Wijzigingen in het proces worden automatisch gedetecteerd en de PID wordt overeenkomstig aangepast.

    With standard temperature controllers, not only do you need a long time to define initial start-up PID settings, but it is also really challenging to make the optimal adjustments without having many years of experience in this area. That’s why Omron developed the E5_D Series with “adaptive control technology”. This automatically detects changes in the process under control and adapts the PID accordingly.

Perfecte temperatuurregeling voor verpakkingsmachines met sealfunctie

Op een conventionele verpakkingsmachine met sealfunctie liggen de temperatuursensoren vaak te ver van het sealoppervlak van de hittebalk. Hierdoor ontstaat een temperatuurverschil tussen het sealoppervlak en de ingestelde temperatuur. Het sealen verloopt moeizaam en het probleem wordt groter naarmate de verpakkingssnelheid wordt opgevoerd, maar ook door het toepassen van dunner verpakkingsmateriaal of wijzigingen in de omgevingstemperatuur.

In de E5_D-serie is dit probleem als volgt opgelost:

  • de sensor ligt dichter bij het sealoppervlak, dankzij de speciale sensormodellen voor snellere temperatuurdetectie

Koelwaterregeling

In een watergekoelde spuitgietmachine leidt verhoging van de snelheid tot temperatuurvariaties. Verschillende factoren zijn van invloed, bijvoorbeeld de samenstelling van het materiaal en het koelwater. Het gevolg is dat de operator de kleppen regelmatig opnieuw moet instellen. Het is erg moeilijk om een hoge productiesnelheid te bereiken en tegelijkertijd de kwaliteit te handhaven…

Bij de E5_D beperkt de koelwaterregelfunctie de temperatuurverschillen tot een minimum, waardoor de productiecapaciteit kan worden verhoogd terwijl de kwaliteit wordt gehandhaafd.
