Open Source gedistribueerde-versiebeheersysteem

De Team Edition van Sysmac Studio implementeert een versiebeheersysteem in de uitgebreide interface van het platform. Hiermee kunnen meerdere ontwikkelaars samenwerken aan één project, met eenvoudige vergelijking en efficiënte verwerking van machineversies. Omron heeft gekozen voor Git, het populairste open source distributiebeheersysteem, zodat ontwikkelteams de vrijheid hebben om elke Git-gebaseerde web-repository in de cloud te kiezen.

Met het versiebeheersysteem kunnen engineers aan een lokale versie van het project werken met volledige controle over de broncode van het project. Verbeteringen en aanpassingen in de code van de lokale versie kunnen vervolgens worden samengevoegd met een externe server zodat andere teams toegang hebben tot de code.

Naleving van bekende standaarden

Sysmac Studio is volledig compatibel met de open standaard IEC 61131-3 en biedt een state-of-the-art programmeeromgeving op basis van ladderdiagrammen, structured text-programmeertalen en programmaorganisatie-eenheden (POU), die programma's, functies en functieblokken omvatten. Aanvullende motion control-instructies die zijn gebaseerd op PLCopen-standaarden en een instructieset op basis van IEC-regels worden meegeleverd. Dankzij de vertrouwde programmeeromgeving is er vrijwel geen leercurve vereist voor een nieuwe softwareoplossing, zodat deze snel in gebruik kan worden genomen.

Programmeren met variabelen

Het is niet nodig de interne geheugentoewijzing van de NJ-serie controller te kennen. Sysmac Studio wijst automatisch geheugen in de CPU toe aan variabelen die u maakt, zodat het ontwikkelen sneller gaat en er minder fouten optreden. Bovendien hoeft u niet meer op definities van geheugenadressen voor de hardware te wachten om te beginnen met softwareontwikkeling. Hardware en software kunnen onafhankelijk van elkaar en gelijktijdig worden ontwikkeld.

Eenvoudige bediening

Sysmac Studio legt zo weinig mogelijk beperkingen voor de ontwerpprocedures op, zodat u bij elk onderdeel van het systeem kunt beginnen met ontwikkelen. De werkprocedures zijn begrijpelijk en u wordt door de software duidelijk door de juiste workflow gegidst. Dit biedt gebruikers het gemak dat fouten in instellingen en procedures bij flexibele ontwerptaken direct kunnen worden gecorrigeerd. Ze kunnen echter ook wachten totdat het project is voltooid.

Volledige debugging

Sysmac Studio biedt complete functies voor het debuggen van sequentiebesturing, zoals het wijzigen van huidige waarden en onlinewijzigingen van de programmering. Er zijn ook debuggingfuncties met simulaties van motion control beschikbaar, zoals het weergeven van resultaten in 2D of 3D, en het weergeven van traces op virtuele systemen. Met de nieuwe 3D-simulatietool kunnen programmeurs de fysieke beweging en machinesequentie als gevolg van de te implementeren code en configuratie bekijken.

Voor een nauwkeurige simulatie van motion control biedt Sysmac Studio instructies om virtuele externe signalen te maken, zoals een positieve/negatieve eindschakelaar, benaderingssignaal, externe vergrendeling en inputsignalen voor een tussentijdse stop. Er kunnen ook instructies voor bewegingsalarmen en -waarschuwingen worden geïmplementeerd om de programmeur aanvullende testopties voor foutherstel te bieden. De meegeleverde datatracefunctie verschaft eveneens een hoog detailniveau en biedt tegelijk een tijdsgrafiek en 2D- of 3D-padmarkeringen. De simulatieresultaten worden vastgelegd in een datatracebestand, zodat de prestaties vervolgens nader kunnen worden bestudeerd om een goede werking te garanderen. Door de combinatie van 3D-bewegingssimulatie met de CPU-emulator ontvangt de programmeur de vereiste hulpmiddelen om de correcte sequencing, optimale padbesturing, minimale uitvoertijd en andere kritieke aspecten te beoordelen. Daardoor wordt de kloof tussen het machineconcept en de praktische werking sterk teruggebracht.

Maximale beveiliging

Sysmac Studio is standaard voorzien van geavanceerde functies om uw investering te beschermen en de machine te beveiligen. Het voorkomen van verkeerde aansluitingen, onjuist gebruik of diefstal van bedrijfsmiddelen is van groot belang voor grote en kleine projecten. Functies zoals bevestiging van controllernamen en serienummers, beheerderstoegangsrechten en schrijfbescherming voor controllers beveiligen uw machine terwijl verificatie van de uitvoering van gebruikersprogramma's en wachtwoordbeveiliging voor projectbestanden uw intellectuele eigendom beschermen. Met beveiligingswachtwoorden van 32 cijfers is uw systeem altijd veilig.

Taskbeheer

Taskbeheer is een functie van zowel de controller uit de NJ-serie als Sysmac Studio en zorgt ervoor dat uw besturingssysteem exact zo werkt zoals gepland. Met het taskbeheersysteem van de NJ-serie controllers worden een uitvoeringsvoorwaarde en uitvoeringsvolgorde aan een reeks processen toegewezen, zoals I/O-refresh en uitvoering van gebruikersprogramma's. Sysmac Studio biedt eenvoudige en duidelijke aanpassingen van uw taskinstellingen, alsmede krachtige tools voor prestatiebeoordeling. Alleen geldige opties voor taskselecties worden weergegeven, zodat de gebruiker een leidraad ontvangt voor de juiste configuratie. Nadat een configuratie is gekozen, kan de programmatiming worden bekeken om een optimale werking te garanderen. De monitor voor de taskuitvoeringstijd kan met de simulator worden gebruikt om uitvoeringstijden weer te geven voordat gegevens naar de fysieke controller worden gedownload. Met deze nieuwe softwaretools kan de gebruiker de werking van de machine voorafgaand aan de implementatie voorspellen in plaats van tijdens de inbedrijfstelling te reageren op onverwacht gedrag.
